Justine serves as Office Manager and Client Support Specialist at Third View Private Wealth, where she supports the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience through thoughtful coordination, responsive service, and day-to-day team support.

With more than 14 years of experience in operations management, executive support, and client service, Justine plays an integral role in supporting both the client experience and the firm’s day-to-day operations. She brings extensive experience supporting senior leadership, managing high-volume workflows with precision, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and communicating with clients and colleagues with professionalism, discretion, and care. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach to supporting both clients and colleagues, while helping create a seamless experience across the firm.

Prior to joining Third View Private Wealth, Justine led operations for a $70 million office, where she managed complex administrative processes and coordinated across multiple teams to improve efficiency and communication. Her experience spans high-volume operational environments where precision, responsiveness, and relationship management were essential.

In addition to her operational background, Justine has been actively involved in community outreach and organizational initiatives, including developing nonprofit partnerships supporting after-school programming and student engagement efforts. She also previously led the Women Empowered employee resource group, where she developed and facilitated initiatives focused on professional development, workplace culture, mentorship, and team connection. Through programming and engagement efforts, she helped foster collaboration, strengthen employee relationships, and supported an inclusive and growth-oriented work environment.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys reading, staying active through fitness, and learning piano. She is a proud wife and sports mom to two young children who keep life full, busy, and rewarding.
