Mr. Roe brings deep institutional expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to his role as O-CFO of Third View Private Wealth. As the Founder and CEO of Dedicated Books, he leads a team that provides CFO-level strategy, advanced financial reporting, and integrated bookkeeping to fast-growing firms. At Third View, Alex is a key strategic partner—ensuring financial operations run with precision and discipline while helping guide critical business decisions with clarity and insight.

Prior to launching Dedicated Books, Mr. Roe spent over 15 years in global finance roles at Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and private capital platforms across New York and Singapore. His background includes structuring complex debt solutions and advising management teams at companies ranging from early-stage ventures to publicly traded enterprises.

Mr. Roe earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and is a CFA charterholder.

He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his loving wife and beautiful daughter. He enjoys training for triathlons, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
